Fulfillment Policy

Service fulfillment begins immediately after your scheduled onboarding call. During this call, we will gather all necessary details to start delivering the agreed-upon services. By proceeding with Stryker Digital, you acknowledge that fulfillment has begun once this call takes place.

Proposal Contract

All service details, including terms, deliverables, and pricing, will be outlined in a formal proposal contract. This contract must be reviewed and signed by the client to indicate agreement before any services are provided.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All payments made are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your services with Stryker Digital, you must provide us with at least 14 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. This notice can be submitted via email or through the communication channel agreed upon during onboarding. Any cancellations made without the required notice will result in a full charge for the upcoming month’s services.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for all our clients, we do not guarantee specific results from our services. Digital marketing success can be influenced by many factors beyond our control, including industry changes, competition, and external platform policies.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Stryker Digital will not be held responsible for issues beyond our control, such as the suspension of a Google Business Profile or other third-party account actions. However, we are dedicated to supporting our clients and will work diligently at no additional charge to assist in resolving such issues.
