Plumbing companies working with Stryker Digital in 2026 have grown calls, map rankings and website traffic from Google. NexAir Home Services in West Virginia got 841 calls from five Google Business Profiles in six months and, by the owner's figures, grew from about $1M to $4M in revenue. Underwood Plumbing in Texas got 897 calls from three profiles in five months. VeriTech Plumbing in California got seven times the calls of a year earlier. Below are eleven plumbing companies, with markets, dates, sources and what we did.

Here is every plumbing client result on this page in one table. Each figure comes from the client's own Google Business Profile insights, call tracking, Search Console, analytics or ranking-grid reports, and the dates are shown so you can judge how recent they are.

How did NexAir Home Services grow from $1M to $4M?

Market: Huntington and Charleston, West Virginia. Services: plumbing and HVAC. Focus: Google Business Profiles and local SEO.

When NexAir came to us, owner Jeremy Payne said the company was "nowhere to be found on maps after 12 months, even though we had been smoking reviews." Reviews were not the problem; the profiles and the website were not giving Google what it needed. We rebuilt the profiles, expanded to five legitimate Google Business Profiles for real locations, built service and town pages and tracked rankings across each market.

  • 841 calls from five Google Business Profiles, April to September 2026, about 140 a month.
  • Top 3 on the map in every market we track.
  • Revenue from about $1M to $4M, by the owner's figures, and 150% growth in year two in his words.

What other plumbers can learn: a strong review count does not guarantee map rankings. Categories, services, location setup and a website that confirms each location and service all have to line up. When they did, NexAir's existing reviews finally started working for it. NexAir also shows what happens when a company grows into new markets the right way, with real locations and staff instead of virtual offices, so each profile can rank on its own without risking suspension.

What results did Underwood Plumbing get in North Texas?

Market: McKinney, Bonham and Sherman, Texas. Focus: three Google Business Profiles and map rankings.

Underwood serves a spread of North Texas towns, so the work centered on making each of its three profiles rank across its own area for the services that pay: emergency repairs, water heaters, drains and sewer work.

  • 897 calls from three profiles, April to August 2026, about 179 a month.
  • Average ranking of 1.92 for "plumber near me" in Bonham.
  • 89% of the ranking grid in the top 3.

What other plumbers can learn: a service area made of several small towns can produce more calls than one big city if each town is covered properly. Underwood's calls held steady between roughly 157 and 208 a month through the summer, which matters more to a dispatcher than a single big month. The ranking grid also shows why tracking from one point is misleading: coverage has to be measured across the whole area customers call from.

How did Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air get 700+ new customers?

Market: Bethany and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Focus: Google Business Profiles in place of expensive pay-per-click leads.

Anderson was paying about $440 per HVAC lead on pay-per-click and closing about 20% of them. We shifted the focus to Google Business Profiles, growing from one profile to five, with a steady review process.

  • Profile interactions up 210.9%, with 2,944 interactions from April to August 2026.
  • 100% of the ranking grid in the top 3 for "plumbers Bethany."
  • An estimated 700–800 new customers, in the owner's words.

What other plumbers can learn: before cutting paid ads, know what each booked job really costs. At about $440 a lead and a 20% close rate, Anderson was paying roughly $2,200 in ad cost for each closed job from that channel. Moving effort into Google Business Profiles gave the company calls it did not pay for one at a time. The owner's 700–800 new customer estimate is his own figure, but the profile data behind it (2,944 interactions in five months) is straight from Google.

What results did VeriTech Plumbing get in Costa Mesa?

Market: Costa Mesa and Orange County, California. Focus: Google Business Profile.

Orange County is one of the most competitive plumbing markets in the country, with many established companies and heavy ad spending.

  • 7× the calls from Google, January to April 2026 compared with the same months in 2025.
  • 1,785 profile interactions, up 659.6%.
  • 52% of the ranking grid in the top 3, in a dense market.

What other plumbers can learn: even in a crowded metro, a well-built profile can multiply calls. Grid coverage at 52% means there is still room to grow, and in markets like Orange County the realistic goal is to win the neighborhoods closest to your trucks first and widen from there.

What results did Joe Cole Plumbing get in Davie, Florida?

Market: Davie and Broward County, Florida. Focus: Google Business Profile and map rankings.

  • 410 calls from Google, up 22%.
  • Average ranking of 1.92 for "plumber Davie."
  • #1 of 225 local competitors for "plumber."

What other plumbers can learn: South Florida is crowded with plumbers, and ranking first among 225 local competitors for the single most important search term shows what a focused profile can do. The 22% call growth came on top of an already established business, which is typical: gains for established companies are usually steadier and smaller in percentage terms than for companies starting from scratch.

What results did Hi-Desert Plumbing get from SEO?

Market: Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley, California. Focus: website SEO with service and town pages.

Hi-Desert had a profile that ranked but a website that did not. We built pages for each main service and town and fixed the technical basics.

  • Website clicks from Google up 445%, 2,460 from May to August, from 453.
  • "water heater repair yucca valley" from position 18.4 to 3.2.
  • "emergency plumber yucca valley" from position 31.2 to 5.6.
  • Average ranking of 1.30 for "plumbing repair" and 100% of the grid in the top 3 for "leak detection."

What other plumbers can learn: in smaller markets, specific service and town pages can move rankings dramatically because few competitors build them. The biggest moves were on emergency and water heater searches, which are among the most valuable jobs a plumber can win from the website.

What results did 1-Tom-Plumber get in Harrisburg?

Market: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Focus: SEO and Google Business Profile.

  • Search impressions up 192%, 45,495 compared with 15,571.
  • Average position from 10.8 to 5.4, moving from page two to page one.
  • About 1,500 website visitors a month, and 94% of the ranking grid in the top 3.

What other plumbers can learn: moving from an average position of 10.8 (bottom of page one or page two) to 5.4 nearly tripled how often Google showed the site. Most searchers never reach page two, so crossing that line is often the biggest single jump in website visibility a plumber will see.

What results did Killeen Plumbing Company get in Ohio?

Market: Westlake and the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. Focus: commercial and residential SEO.

  • Organic traffic up 62.9%, from 1,370 visits in February to 2,233 in September 2026.
  • Average ranking of 2 and 90% of the grid in the top 3 for "commercial plumber."

What other plumbers can learn: commercial plumbing needs its own pages and its own search terms. Property managers and facilities buyers search differently from homeowners, and Killeen's steady month-over-month growth came from treating commercial work as its own line of business online.

What results did other plumbing clients get?

Maroon Plumbing (College Station, TX). Organic traffic up 205.1%, to 955 visits a month, with 75% of the ranking grid in the top 3.

Anne the Plumber (Smithfield, RI). More than 100 searches a month finding the business, 379 website clicks from February to June 2026 (up 9.2%) and 62% of the Woonsocket ranking grid in the top 3.

Service Lion (Orange, CA). 206 calls from March to August 2026, about 34 a month, with 22% of the ranking grid in the top 3. This is an earlier-stage account in a very competitive market, and we include it because not every result is a headline.

What do plumbing owners say about the results?

Numbers tell part of the story. The owners tell the rest, on video and in their own words.

  • Jeremy Payne, NexAir Home Services: before the work, NexAir was "nowhere to be found on maps after 12 months, even though we had been smoking reviews." He describes 150% growth in year two in the video above.
  • The owner of Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air explains on video how moving from expensive pay-per-click leads to Google Business Profiles brought what he estimates as 700–800 new customers.

What don't these case studies tell you?

Every case study has limits, and you should know ours:

  • Revenue and new-customer numbers are owner figures and estimates, not audited.
  • Other factors such as new hires, trucks, pricing and other marketing also affected results.
  • Calls are not booked jobs. Most figures here are calls and clicks; booking rates depend on each company's call handling.
  • Periods differ. Some results compare months year over year; others compare before-and-after periods.
  • We show selected results. We include modest ones such as Service Lion, but this is not every account we have ever had.

What can you copy from these results today?

You do not need an agency to start on the habits behind these results:

  1. Check your primary category is "Plumber" and your services list is complete.
  2. Ask every customer for a Google review the same day, by text.
  3. Add real job and team photos to your profile every week.
  4. Build a page on your website for each main service, starting with water heaters, drains and sewer work.
  5. Track calls by source so you know what is working.

What process produced these plumbing results?

Every engagement starts the same way, and then the order of work depends on where the biggest gap is.

  1. Audit and baseline. We review the Google Business Profile, website, listings and tracking, and record rankings on a grid across the service area plus current calls.
  2. Fix the profile. Categories, services, hours, photos and the review process, plus checks for anything that risks a suspension.
  3. Confirm every location and service on the website. Service and town pages, schema and technical fixes so Google can match the profile to the site.
  4. Build reviews and photos every week. A same-day review ask after every job and fresh photos from the field.
  5. Expand to real locations when ready. Additional profiles only where the company has a staffed location.
  6. Track and adjust monthly. Grid rankings, calls by profile and source, and a plan for the next month.

For Anderson and NexAir, the biggest gap was the profiles. For Hi-Desert and 1-Tom-Plumber, it was the website. Knowing which gap is biggest is what the audit is for.

What kinds of plumbing markets are represented?

These clients cover very different markets, which is useful when you are judging whether results could carry over to yours:

  • Dense, competitive metros: Orange County (VeriTech, Service Lion) and South Florida (Joe Cole).
  • Mid-size metros and suburbs: Oklahoma City (Anderson), Harrisburg (1-Tom-Plumber), the west side of Cleveland (Killeen) and Smithfield and Woonsocket, Rhode Island (Anne the Plumber).
  • College towns: College Station (Maroon).
  • Spread-out small towns: North Texas (Underwood), the Mojave high desert (Hi-Desert) and West Virginia's Huntington and Charleston areas (NexAir).

In general, smaller and spread-out markets move faster, and dense metros take longer and reward patience and a narrow starting focus.

How are these plumbing results measured?

  • Calls and interactions come from Google Business Profile performance reports and call tracking.
  • Clicks, impressions and positions come from Google Search Console.
  • Traffic comes from the client's analytics.
  • Grid percentages come from map rank-tracking scans across a grid of points over the service area; "in the top 3" means the share of points where the client appears in the top three map results.
  • Revenue and new-customer figures are the owners' own numbers and estimates. We have not audited their books.

Results are not typical or guaranteed. Each company's market, competition, starting point, budget and call handling differ, and several of these clients also ran other marketing at the same time.

What patterns show up across these plumbing results?

  • The Google Business Profile drives the most calls. The three largest call totals (Underwood, NexAir and Joe Cole) came from profiles.
  • Reviews alone are not enough. NexAir had plenty of reviews and still could not be found until the profiles and website were fixed.
  • Service and town pages move website rankings. Hi-Desert's emergency and water heater terms jumped from page two or three to the top of page one.
  • Multiple real locations multiply calls. NexAir, Underwood and Anderson each run several profiles for real locations.
  • Competitive markets take longer. VeriTech and Service Lion are in Orange County, where grid coverage builds slowly.
  • Steady reviews matter. Our best-performing clients get 25 new reviews a month.

How long does it take a plumbing company to see results?

Profile fixes and tracking often show movement within weeks. Meaningful gains in map rankings and calls usually take three to six months, and website SEO often takes longer, as with Killeen's steady month-by-month growth from February to September. Highly competitive markets take longer still. Ads can bring calls faster while this work builds; see our Google Ads and Local Services Ads guides.

How should you judge a plumbing marketing agency's case studies?

Hold every agency, including us, to the same standard:

  • Are the companies named, with their towns?
  • Are dates and periods shown?
  • Are the sources stated (profile insights, Search Console, call tracking)?
  • Are owner estimates labeled as estimates?
  • Can you look the company up and see it ranking?
  • Can you talk to the owner?
  • Does the agency show modest results too, not just the best ones?

Our guide to choosing a plumbing marketing agency covers the full checklist.

Plumbing case studies FAQ

Are these plumbing results typical?

No. They are real results from named clients, but every market, starting point and budget differs. Results are not guaranteed.

Where do the numbers come from?

From each client's Google Business Profile insights, call tracking, Google Search Console, analytics and map rank-tracking grids. Revenue and new-customer figures are the owners' own numbers and estimates.

Did NexAir really grow from $1M to $4M?

That is the owner's figure. We report it as his number; we have not audited NexAir's books, and the growth came alongside other changes in his business.

How many calls can a plumbing Google Business Profile produce?

It varies widely. Among these clients, Underwood averaged about 179 calls a month from three profiles and NexAir about 140 a month from five.

What does "in the top 3 of the grid" mean?

We scan rankings from a grid of points across the service area. The percentage is the share of points where the company appears in the top three map results.

How long did these results take?

Most of the results shown are from 2026 reporting periods of four to eight months. Some clients had worked with us before those periods.

Do you only work with plumbers?

We focus on plumbing and HVAC companies. See our HVAC case studies too.

Can I talk to one of these clients?

Ask us on a growth call and we will connect you with a client in a similar situation where they have agreed to take calls.

Do these results include paid ads?

The figures shown are from Google Business Profile, organic search and grid tracking. Some clients also ran ads separately.

What did these companies do themselves?

Answered calls, asked customers for reviews, sent job photos and shared job data. Results depend on that work too.
