These are the eighteen roofing companies in our 2026 roofing results deck, with their real numbers: calls from their Google Business Profiles, map grid rankings, organic traffic and, for one client, AI search visibility. The strongest, like Neal Roofing & Waterproofing and Garabar Roofing, produced over 650 profile calls each in six months. Some are weaker: new locations with a handful of calls, broad keywords where we still rank mid-pack, and one client whose calls were falling. We show both, because that's what you'd want to know before hiring anyone.
Every number on this page comes from our 2026 roofing client results deck, which is built from screenshots of each client's Google Business Profile, map grid scans, Google Search Console and SEO tools. A few notes on how to read them:
- Calls are calls made from the Google Business Profile itself. They don't include calls from the website, ads or other sources, so they undercount total calls from Google.
- Map grid ranks are average positions across a grid of points around the business for one keyword. "Top 3" means the share of points where the business appears in the map pack.
- Traffic figures are SEO-tool estimates, not exact counts.
- Periods differ by client because each sent data for different months. We state the period each time.
Every roofer here works a different market, season and storm year, so none of these numbers predicts yours.

Garabar Roofing, Lake Worth Beach, Florida
Result: 656 calls from its Google Business Profile from April to September 2026, about 110 a month, peaking around 142 in August.
Garabar is a roofing company with a yearly revenue of about $50 million, according to our deck. On Google Maps, it ranks first in Lake Worth for both "roofer" (1.13 average rank, 100% of the grid in the top 3, first of 41 tracked competitors) and "roof repair" (1.66, 100% top 3, first of 43). Its sister profile, Garabar Windows & Doors, at the same address, averages 1.34 for "door installation" and 1.62 for "window installation."
Weak spot: calls dipped to about 80 in June before recovering. The deck doesn't include a year-over-year comparison for Garabar, so we don't claim growth.

Neal Roofing & Waterproofing, West Palm Beach, Florida
Result: 661 calls from its Google profile from April to September 2026, about 110 a month, and 97% of its map grid in the top 3 for "roofing company west palm beach."
Neal grew from $1M to $50M in yearly revenue in 5 years. Co-founder Sam Allsopp started the company with Andrew Neal in 2020; it does commercial and residential roofing, waterproofing and repairs. Our work covers its Google profile, map rankings and website pages, one part of a growth Sam and his team built across sales, operations and hiring. Its calls peaked in April, the start of the deck period, which is unusual: most of our clients peak in summer. On a September 2026 scan, 164 of 169 grid points ranked in the top three, and the other five ranked fourth. A landing page we built for Neal in May 2025 grew from zero to about 3,100 organic visits a month, as shown in Bodhi Gallo's live audit video.
Sam talks about how the company was built in this interview:
Weak spot: calls eased through the summer, from about 136 in April to a low of 85 in July, then came back to 115 in September. Neal is second, not first, in the scan tool's competitor list.

Gikas Roofing, Pearl River, New York
Result: 166 calls from its Google profile from April to August 2026, up 84.4% on the same months in 2025, with August the best month at 49.
For "roofing company rockland county," Gikas averages 2.72, with 72% of the grid in the top 3 and the rest in positions 4 to 10. None of the grid is low or out of range.
Weak spot: Gikas is second in the competitor list, behind M. Anthony's Roofing at 2.44. Rockland County is competitive; another of our clients, Emerald Roofing & Siding, works there too.

Mighty Dog Roofing, Westford, Massachusetts
Result: 168 calls from its Google profile from May to September 2026, up 24.4% on the same months in 2025.
Vish Mazumder runs this Mighty Dog Roofing franchise north of Boston. In his video with Bodhi Gallo, he talks about franchising, growing responsibly and working with us. Calls rose from about 21 in May to a peak near 42 in June, dipped in July and returned to about 42 in August.
Weak spot: map rankings are mid-pack. The average for "roofing contractor near me" is 6.49 (55% of the grid in the top 3) and for "roof repair" 7.12 (44%). Mighty Dog is still first in the on-screen competitor list for both, but there's clear room to improve.
Charleston Roofs + Windows, Charleston, South Carolina
Result: 201 calls from its Google profile from April to September 2026, about 34 a month.
For "roofing company charleston," 90% of the grid ranks in Google's top 10, strongest around North Charleston and Hanahan.
Weak spot: this is the weakest map in our roofing deck. The average rank is 5.43, and only 41% of the grid is in the top 3, with weaker points to the south toward West Ashley. September was the lowest month for calls, at about 23.

Real Roofing, Chandler, Arizona
Result: 199 calls from its Google profile from April to August 2026, up 116.3% on the same months in 2025, or about 2.2 times as many.
For "roofing company chandler," Real Roofing averages 2.35 with 90% of the grid in the top 3, first of 63 tracked competitors. August was the best month at 57 calls.
Weak spot: calls dipped to about 25 in June. Weaker map points are in the southeast. Real Roofing also serves Phoenix, but no Phoenix scan was supplied, so we make no claim there.

Original Roofing Co., Michigan and Illinois
Result: 249 calls from three Google profiles from June to September 2026. Rochester Hills produced 167, up 68.7% year over year. Grand Rapids produced 72, up 24.1%.
On August 20, 2026 scans for "roofing contractor," Rochester Hills averaged 1.69 with 91% of the grid in the top 3. Grand Rapids averaged 5.30 with 56% in the top 3.
Weak spot: the newest profile, Inverness, Illinois, produced 10 calls and averages 7.91, with 19% of the grid out of range. New locations take time, and this one is early.

Emerald Roofing & Siding, Rockland County and Tarrytown, New York
Result: 228 calls from its Google profile from April to August 2026, up 16.3% on the same months in 2025, and a perfect 1.00 average rank for "roofing company tarrytown ny."
In Tarrytown, every grid point ranks first, ahead of 38 tracked competitors. In Rockland County, "roofing company rockland county" averages 2.41 with 93% in the top 3.
Weak spot: in Rockland County Emerald is second of 59, behind A & J Reliable at 1.21. The calls screenshot doesn't say which of the two profiles it covers.

Ridge Runner Roofing, North Carolina
Result: 182 calls from three Google profiles from April to September 2026: 84 from the main location, 50 from Asheville and 48 from North Wilkesboro.
Combined monthly calls grew from 20 in April to 46 in August, about 2.3 times as many, and September's 39 was still roughly double April.
Weak spot: no map scans or year-over-year figures were supplied, so we can't show rankings or growth against last year.

All-Side Roofing & Restoration, Dayton, Ohio
Result: 173 calls from three Google profiles from May to September 2026, and organic traffic that grew from about 1,500 to about 4,600 visits a month between October 2025 and August 2026, by SEO-tool estimates.
Dayton produced 141 calls, up 23.7% year over year, and ranks second of tracked competitors for both "roofing contractor" and "roof repair." Huber Heights produced 30 calls and ranks first for "roof repair."
Weak spot: the newest location, Middletown, produced 2 calls, ranks seventh for "roof repair" and had no reviews yet at the time of the scan. September was the lowest month across all three.

Surge Exteriors, Quincy and Macomb, Illinois
Result: 114 calls from two Google profiles from May to September 2026. Macomb produced 58, up 205.3% year over year; Quincy produced 56, up 14.3%. Profile interactions rose 431.3% to 1,631 from April to August 2026, growing every month.
For "roofing company," Quincy averages 2.21 with 89% of the grid in the top 3, first of 42. Macomb averages 3.17 with 80% in the top 3.
Weak spot: in Macomb, Surge is third of 39, behind two competitors averaging 1.57 and 1.71. Interactions include directions and website clicks, not just calls.

1907 Roofing, Oklahoma City and Blanchard, Oklahoma
Result: a 1.01 average rank for "roofer blanchard," with every grid point in the top 3 and all but one ranking first, ahead of 32 competitors.
In Oklahoma City, a much more competitive market, 1907 averages 3.75 for "best roofing contractors in Oklahoma City," third of 66 and within a fraction of a rank of the two ahead of it. Its Google profile produced 95 calls over six months, ending with its best month, 24 calls.
Weak spot: the call data runs from August 2025 to January 2026, older than most of the deck, and the screenshot doesn't say which profile it covers. Only 45% of the Oklahoma City grid is in the top 3.

Dave Adams Roofing & Siding, Cape May, New Jersey
Result: 258 calls from its Google profile from May to September 2026, up 12.2% on the same months in 2025, and a 1.57 average rank for "roof repair cape may," first of 52 competitors.
92% of the Cape May grid ranks in the top 3; the remaining 8% rank 4 to 6, around North Cape May and Lower Township.
Weak spot: calls fell from about 80 in May to about 37 in June before recovering to around 65 in August and September.

Giant Roofing & Exteriors, Ada, Michigan
Result: first on Google Maps in Ada for "siding ada" (1.16 average, first of 63) and "roof repair ada" (1.37, first of 74), and 76 calls from its Google profile from April to August 2026.
Organic traffic grew from near zero in December 2025 to about 363 visits a month by August 2026. In Google Search Console, impressions for "roofing" grew about 12 times between the prior six months and the last six, and every tracked keyword grew.
Weak spot: "roofing near me" averages 8.71, with only 32% of the grid in the top 3 and 16% out of range. It's a broad, competitive keyword where Giant has real ground to make up. Calls dipped in July.

Raven Roofing, Beaverton and Oregon City, Oregon
Result: a 1.56 average rank for "roofing contractor beaverton," with 99% of the grid in the top 3, and 106 calls from two Google profiles from May to September 2026.
Beaverton produced 93 calls. The new Oregon City profile produced 13, climbing from zero to 10 in September. Organic traffic to Raven's website is up 84% to about 2,300 visits a month, by SEO-tool estimates, and its ranking keywords are up 25% to 202.
Weak spot: Beaverton's monthly calls eased from 22 in May and June to 13 in September. Its year-over-year growth figure comes from a very small prior-year base, so we don't headline it.

Bumble Roofing of Greater KC, Kansas City, Missouri
Result: a 2.6 average rank for "roof replacement kansas city" and 2.8 for "roof repair kansas city."
Weak spot: this is our weakest roofing result right now. Calls from the Google profile totaled 38 from June to September 2026, falling from about 20 in June to a low in August with only a small uptick in September. The broad "roofing contractor" keyword averages 7.2. We're showing it because hiding it would make the rest of this page less believable.

Pineapple Roofing, Lewisville, Texas
Result: an AI search visibility score that went from 0 to 20 in about a month in December 2025. Mentions in AI answers went from 0 to 5, including ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode and Gemini, and cited pages from 3 to 5.
On Google Maps, Pineapple averages 5.09 for "roofers near me," with 61% of the grid in the top 3.
Weak spot: no call data was supplied, and 5.09 is solid but not top of the pack. AI visibility is a new metric, and this change isn't tied to calls or traffic.

Class Roofing, Newark, Delaware
Result: a 1.50 average rank for "roofing company" across a 50-square-mile grid, with 94% of points in the top 3.
Weak spot: that scan is from June 2025, the oldest data in the deck. February 2026 scans over a wider area reaching into Wilmington show 4.98 for "roofer near me" (58% top 3) and 6.08 for "roofing contractor" (49%). Within Newark itself, those scans rank mostly 1 to 3.

How do you read a map grid scan?
A map grid scan checks where a business ranks on Google Maps for one keyword from many points around its area, then shows each point as a colored pin with the rank. Green pins are the top 3 (the map pack), yellow and orange are lower, red is far down, and gray means the business didn't show up within the tracked results.
Two numbers summarize a scan. The average rank is the mean position across all points; lower is better, and 1.00 means first everywhere. The top-3 share is the percentage of points in the map pack, which is what matters most for calls. A business can have a decent average with a weak top-3 share, or the reverse, so look at both.
Scans also depend on how big the grid is. Class Roofing's 1.50 comes from a grid of about 50 square miles around Newark. Its February 2026 scans cover a wider area reaching into Wilmington, where the weaker points are. A wider grid almost always produces a worse average, so compare scans of the same size.

How do roofing calls vary month to month?
A lot. Here are monthly calls from the Google profile for clients where the deck includes month-by-month figures, read from each chart and matched to its labeled total. They show why one month is a poor way to judge marketing.
| Client | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Garabar Roofing | 105 | 103 | 80 | 96 | 142 | 130 |
| Neal Roofing & Waterproofing | 136 | 129 | 109 | 85 | 87 | 115 |
| Charleston Roofs + Windows | 29 | 39 | 40 | 29 | 41 | 23 |
| Real Roofing | 47 | 35 | 25 | 35 | 57 | – |
| Gikas Roofing | 21 | 31 | 29 | 36 | 49 | – |
| Emerald Roofing & Siding | 32 | 49 | 41 | 48 | 58 | – |
| Ridge Runner Roofing (3 profiles) | 20 | 23 | 19 | 35 | 46 | 39 |
| All-Side (3 profiles) | – | 57 | 33 | 26 | 39 | 18 |
| Surge Exteriors (2 profiles) | – | 16 | 27 | 13 | 34 | 24 |
| Raven Roofing (2 profiles) | – | 22 | 22 | 18 | 21 | 23 |
All figures are 2026 and approximate where read from a chart. Florida's two biggest clients move in opposite directions over the summer: Garabar peaks in August while Neal dips in July and August. Ohio's All-Side peaks in May. Weather, storms and local demand all play a part.
Why do roofers rank better for some keywords than others?
Because Google weighs how close the business is to the searcher and how well its profile matches the words. Searches with a city name, like "roof repair ada," favor businesses in that city. Broad searches like "roofing near me" or "roofing contractor" pull in competitors from a wider area and are much harder to win across a whole grid.
| Client | City or specific keyword | Broad keyword |
|---|---|---|
| Giant Roofing & Exteriors | "roof repair ada": 1.37; "roofing ada": 2.17 | "roofing near me": 8.71 |
| Bumble Roofing of Greater KC | "roof replacement kansas city": 2.6; "roof repair kansas city": 2.8 | "roofing contractor": 7.2 |
| Class Roofing | "roofing company": 1.50 (Newark grid) | "roofer near me": 4.98; "roofing contractor": 6.08 (wider grid) |
| Mighty Dog Roofing | – | "roofing contractor near me": 6.49; "roof repair": 7.12 |
| Pineapple Roofing | – | "roofers near me": 5.09 |
The broad keywords are where much of the remaining work is for these clients. The fixes are the usual ones: more reviews, more photos and posts, stronger location and service pages, and local links. Our Google Maps guide explains each.
It's also why we report several keywords per client instead of picking the best one. If an agency only ever shows you one keyword, ask for the broad ones too.
How do single-location and multi-location roofers compare?
Established single offices tend to have the strongest grids. Multi-location roofers get more total calls but carry newer profiles that pull the averages down while they ramp up.
| Client | Profiles | Strongest location | Newest or weakest location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Original Roofing Co. | 3 | Rochester Hills: 167 calls, 1.69 avg | Inverness: 10 calls, 7.91 avg |
| All-Side Roofing & Restoration | 3 | Dayton: 141 calls | Middletown: 2 calls, #7 |
| Ridge Runner Roofing | 3 | Main location: 84 calls | North Wilkesboro: 48 calls |
| Raven Roofing | 2 | Beaverton: 93 calls, 1.56 avg | Oregon City: 13 calls, 10 in September |
| Surge Exteriors | 2 | Quincy: 2.21 avg, first of 42 | Macomb: 3.17 avg, third of 39 |
| Emerald Roofing & Siding | 2 | Tarrytown: 1.00 avg | Rockland County: 2.41 avg |
| 1907 Roofing | 2 | Blanchard: 1.01 avg | Oklahoma City: 3.75 avg |
The lesson for anyone opening a new office: give the new profile real reviews, photos and a strong location page from the start, and expect months before it matches the original.
What don't these roofing case studies show?
Revenue, signed jobs and close rates for most clients, and the work behind each number. Yearly revenue is included for only two clients: Garabar (from the deck) and Neal ($1M to $50M in 5 years). Profile calls don't capture calls from the website or ads, and some clients run ads or get leads from other sources we don't measure here.
They also don't show every keyword. Each client's scans cover one to four keywords; a business can rank well for those and poorly for others. And the periods differ between clients, so compare each client with itself over time, not clients with each other.
Martin Home Exteriors, Jacksonville, Florida
Martin Home Exteriors isn't in the results deck, but its owner, Tony Munoz, told his story on video. He talks about his first-ever marketing investment, doubling his Google reviews, ranking in the top three on Google Maps and planning a rebrand with a second Google Business Profile. We don't have screenshot data for Martin, so we quote only what Tony says in the video.
Get ahead of the next storm season. On a free growth call we check where you rank for “roofer near me,” how your site sells inspections, and where calls slip through.
Book a Growth CallHow can you check these results yourself?
Search for any of these companies on Google Maps from their town. You'll see their reviews, photos and whether they show in the map pack for the searches above. Visit their websites on your phone. Rankings move day to day and vary by exactly where you search from, so a single search won't match a grid average, but it will tell you whether the business is genuinely visible.
What should you ask when any agency shows you roofing case studies?
Ask for the period, the source of every number and what didn't work. A case study without dates can't be checked, a number without a source could be anything, and a page with no weak spots is a sales sheet, not a report.
- Which months? Every call count on this page names its months, because a storm summer and a quiet winter look nothing alike.
- Which calls? Ours are calls from the Google Business Profile only. Calls from the website, ads and referrals are separate, and an honest agency tells you which is which.
- Compared with what? Year-over-year changes, like Real Roofing's 116.3% or Gikas Roofing's 84.4%, mean more than a single total because they control for the season.
- Can I see it on Google? You should be able to find the business on the map yourself, as described above.
Calls are the start, not the finish. How many become signed jobs depends on answering, qualifying and following up, which our roofing lead generation guide covers. For the full list of questions to put to an agency, see how to choose a roofing marketing agency.
If you're comparing agencies, ask each one for the same thing: named roofing clients, the period each number covers, several keywords per client and the weak locations alongside the strong ones. Ask us about any number on this page on a growth call, too. Results you can check are worth far more than results you have to take on trust.
What do these roofing case studies have in common?
Four patterns show up across the eighteen companies.
- Map rankings drive calls. The two clients with the most calls, Neal and Garabar, both rank in the top 3 across nearly their whole grids.
- City-specific keywords come first; broad ones lag. Giant, Bumble and Class all rank far better for "roof repair [city]" or "roofing company" than for broad terms like "roofing near me" or "roofing contractor."
- New locations start slow. Original's Inverness, All-Side's Middletown and Raven's Oregon City all produced few calls early on, while the established offices carried the volume.
- Calls are seasonal and lumpy. Nearly every client has a dip month. Judge marketing over a season or a year, not a single month.
The full method is in our roofing marketing guide, with detail on Google Maps, SEO and Google Ads and LSA. If you're comparing agencies, our guide on how to choose a roofing marketing agency explains how to check results like these.
FAQ
Where do these roofing results come from?
From our 2026 roofing client results deck, built from screenshots of each client's Google Business Profile, map grid scans, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
What counts as a call in these case studies?
Calls made from the Google Business Profile itself. Calls from the website, ads and other sources aren't included, so total calls from Google are higher.
Why do you show weak results?
Because every agency has them, and you should know what to expect. New locations, broad keywords and seasonal dips are normal parts of roofing marketing.
Can I talk to one of these roofing clients?
Ask us on a growth call. Some clients are happy to speak with other roofing owners, and you can always look them up on Google Maps yourself.
Over what period did these roofers get these results?
It varies by client, market and starting point. Most map and SEO gains build over months, and new locations take longest.
Will I get the same results?
No one can promise that. Results depend on your market, competition, reviews, website, capacity and how you handle calls.
